POLICIES

When making a booking with us our time is set aside just for you! If we receive late cancellations, reschedules or no shows this leaves gaps in our day resulting in loss of income and prevent us from being able to accomodate other clients. 


We enforce strict deposit, cancellation and no show policies. On requesting a booking you confirm that you agree to these policies.


Thank you for your understanding. 


DEPOSITS

All of our services require a non refundable deposit at the time of making your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment and you will be required to pay the balance on the day of your appointment.


CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
We understand things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please notify us of any changes without delay so we can offer your spot to someone else!


You can manage your appointment through the Fresha app if you are giving at least 48 hours notice. The deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. 


If you are cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours you will need to contact us direct. A fee will apply in the form of loss of your deposit which means a new deposit will need to be paid for a new appointment. This fee will be waived if we can re fill your spot at such short notice.


NO SHOWS
No shows are not tolerated here at Ink and Beauty. We ask that you please respect our time and contact us if you can no longer make an appointment. 


If you no show an appointment not only will you lose your deposit paid but the full balance of your appointment is also to be paid. 


Future booking requests may result in full prepayment being required before an appointment is confirmed. 


OTHER POLICIES 


Please arrive on time and no more than 5 minutes early. 

If you are running late let us know! If you are more than 15 minutes late we may cancel your appointment to ensure the rest of our day runs to schedule. This appointment will be marked as a ‘no show’ and our no show policy will apply. 


We ask that all cell phones are turned off or are on silent in the treatment room. 


We politely ask that you do not bring additional guests, children or pets to your appointment. Tattooing requires a lot of concentration and in the past I have found this to be too distracting. I now strictly enforce this policy for this reason and also to comply with our insurance policy. Note, this will not apply to clients booking matching fine line tattoos together.
