TATTOO

LIPS

Lip Tattoo is a form of semi permanent make-up. It is a great option for those wanting to define and balance their lip by improving the colour and shape. This can also give the illusion of fuller lips.

WHY LIP TATTOO?

• To create symmetry

• To redefine the shape of the lips

• To balance or change the lip colour

• To neutralise dark lips

• To bring life back to dull lips

• For some, it can be the perfect alternative to filler

• To wake-up with make-up

MORE INFO

This treatment consists of two appointments spaced eight weeks apart. Allow 3 hours for the first appointment and 1.5 hours for the second appointment.

• Healing period: 1 week

• Health conditions need to be met

• Colour Boost appointments are recommended every 2+ years to maintain your desired look

IMPORTANT:

If you have ever had coldsores a Lip Tattoo will trigger an outbreak. I highly recommend taking an antiviral preventative medication leading up to your appointment. Note, sometimes the herpes simplex virus lays dormant and it isn’t until your lips experience trauma that you experience a coldsore outbreak. For this reason, I recommend all clients to take this medication just to be on the safe side.

If you have dark (purple) toned lips please send me a picture of your lips (in good lighting) before you make an appointment. Dark lips are an advanced technique and are subject to approval. An additional fee may apply.

If you are considering Lip Filler please have this done before Lip Tattoo. You will then need to wait at least 6 weeks between the two treatments to allow the filler to settle.

For best results it is recommended you prepare your lips very well before a tattoo. You need to start exfoliating and moisturising your lips starting a minimum one week before your appointment. As lips tend to take the pigment better when well hydrated and supple, I also recommend drinking at least 2L of water and using Bepanthen for nappy rash before bed each night if your lips are dry.

LASH ENHANCEMENT

Lash Enhancement is a form of semi permanent make-up. It is a great option for those wanting to enhance the eyes.

WHY LASH ENHANCEMENT?

• For water proof and smudge proof eyeliner

• To enhance the size of the eyes

• For those that find it difficult to draw on make up due to poor vision or skill

• For those who don’t like to go out bare eyed

• A great alternative if you are allergic or sensitive to most eye makeups

• To save time each morning

• To wake-up with make-up
